Welcome to Monteith's Stays.  Monteith is my paternal grandmother’s maiden name.  Beatrice Monteith grew up with her 5 sisters, Jessica, Agnes, Maude, Grace and Jean, where they were all fortunate to experience the wonders of Ballarat.  They were often to be found walking around the lake, exploring the beautiful botanical gardens, discovering Mt Buninyong, on the tennis court or riding their horses out on their farm at Windermere.  The Monteith Girls all had a wonderful time living and exploring Ballarat and the surrounding region, and with two beautiful properties for you to choose from, we hope you have a terrific time too.
